Gregory Coates, M.D., offers a range of OB/GYN services, including prenatal and postpartum care, annual pelvic and breast exams, diagnosis and treatment of reproductive issues, contraceptive counseling and menopause management. Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Coates received his undergraduate from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana, and also completed his internship and residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Dr. Coates is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Janet Hamby, M.D., is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Her services include prenatal and postpartum care, annual pelvic and breast exams, diagnosis and treatment of reproductive issues, treatment of acute and chronic medical issues and menopause management. As an OB/GYN, Dr. Hamby feels privileged to be able to care for women, advocating for and supporting them through their unique health journey from adolescence to adulthood, and motherhood, menopause and beyond. She completed her residency at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she served as the Chief Administrative Resident. Dr. Hamby is a member of the Louisiana Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Jacob Lassiter, M.D., is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. His practice addresses the specific health needs of women in each stage of life. His services include prenatal and postpartum care, annual pelvic and breast exams, diagnosis and treatment of reproductive issues, treatment of acute and chronic medical issues and menopause management. Also trained in minimally invasive surgical techniques, Dr. Lassiter has experience providing robotic, laparoscopic, hysteroscopic and vaginal surgeries to treat a wide range of conditions. Dr. Lassiter completed medical school at Florida State University and a residency at University of South Alabama. He is a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A Crestview native, Dr. Lassiter enjoys assisting in improving the quality of life for all women and their families in his community.

Alexcia Pennell, FNP-C, CNM, specializes in obstetrics, providing comprehensive women's health services at any stage of life. She provides compassionate and individualized, evidence-based care to ensure positive outcomes, and she also empowers women to take an active role in their healthcare. She received both her Masters of Science in Nursing - Midwifery and her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from Frontier Nursing University.
